Local Council Tax Support - paper on design options

If my previous post was of interest you might like to know that DCLG have now published a spreadsheet that allows users to model the expenditure effect of different policy options. It works through each LA uploading their SHBE data and then using the spreadsheet to alter scheme parameters. We are hoping to integrate our model of the effect of policy options on individuals with the DCLG spreadsheet.
