The Legal Ombudsman changes address
The Law Society reports that the Legal Ombudsman has changed its PO Box address. This is due to its former scanning partner being taken over and moving operations to a new site. All correspondence should be sent to this address:

Wolverhampton
WV1 9WJ
Although letters will be forwarded from the previous PO Box for six months, you should make any necessary changes to client care letters as soon as possible. The telephone number and email address remains the same.
Although the move was beyond its control, the Legal Ombudsman apologises for the inconvenience caused. It has been assured that no further changes are anticipated.
