The DWP letters on time limiting ESA

In September when these warning letters were sent to the claimants whose benefit is to be discontinued there was somebody who did a freedom of information request and they were given a list either by LA or by Constituency to show how many claimants were send a letter in each LA or constituency

I don’t think it was anybody via rightsnet but maybe it was either Newcastle welfare rights or maybe benefits and work ?  If anybody has got a proper filing system could they please help me out and send a link
