Standard Monthly Temptation

The LSC is offering you new and interesting ways of how it determines your Standard Monthly Payments. This follows complaints from some providers, for example those that suffered dramatic clawbacks over short periods for under-performance or, significant delay in the LSC increasing payments in situations of over-performance. However, as with much of the ‘world of civil contracting’, things may not be straightforward as they may at first seem….

In this session, Patrick Torsney will pull apart the new payment options and examine their respective advantages and disadvantages. By drawing the issues out into the open, it will assist you in making an informed decision on whether you want to change how you are paid each month and, if so, to which of the available options.
