Can SDP be paid if client in ESA appeal?
Could anyone clarify if a client can be paid SDP as part of their ESA assessment if they are currently in appeal?

It will still be paid. However I have had to contact Jobcentre+ on many occassions to inform them of this as they often assume that only the assesment rate should be paid during appeal.
