apprentice who is studyng more than 12 hours
Hi everyone. an anyone help me to understand if one of our students who is 18 and studying for 14.5 hours in the college as part of an apprenticeship scheme should be treated as a non dependent? she is paid for the apprenticeship but is also in relevant education for more than 12 hours
