Office manual for welfare benefits advisors
Good morning all!
I am part of a department within the local authority which is being outsourced later this month to the private sector. This outsourcing includes our customer service centre and our Revs & Bens team.
I am the only welfare benefits advisor in the department (having previosuly been TUPE’d over from the local CAB). I now need to draw up an office manual for my post for the outsourcing but an feeling overwhelmed as to where to start!
Are there any kindly souls who would be able to point my in the right direction as to where to find a template or is anyone able/willing to share their office manual with me? I would be eternally grateful!
