DLA caselaw for severe behavioural problems (1996 Decision)
Has anyone got a copy of CDLA/17611/1996 , I cannot find it anywhere, grateful for any ideas where I will find it.

I also have a case where it would be useful. there are several references to this decision but i cannot find a copy of it to print. i am also looking for CM/005/1986 if anyone can help.

Severe behavioural problems covers some ground for DLA and there is other case law. Can you give us some of the facts of your cases?
