INCAP AND STUDENT

Hi guys, help required please!!

We have a client who is a student and was receiving INCAP, IS and DLA (LRC,LRM). She has received a letter stating that her claim has been closed as her income is too high. It appears DWP have incorrectly assessed her student income, which has led to her claim being closed.

She has been told to claim ESA now, which she can not do as she will not get a Disability Premium, so will have excess income!! This has also affected HB!!

Anyone know of any way she can get back on to IS/INCAP?
