Set Aside - Procedural Irregularity
Can a Statement of Reasons be requested for a refusal to set aside by the FTT judge under Rule 37(2) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules, and can it be appealled to the Upper Tribunal? I’m assuming it can as it is a FTT decision, is this correct?
