Prisoner released and recovery of an overpayment ...
Just a quickie !
Have a cl who was released from prison and they have started to recover an overpayment.
However, I’m sure i have read somewhere that dwp do not recover overpayments until a cl has been released from prison for more than 6 months, pages 533 and 667 of CPAG do not shed any light ?
Any thoughts, gratefully accepted ...
