DWP research on the Maternity Allowance Service

We are looking into how we can improve the Maternity Allowance Service for our users. We would like to understand more about the pain points that users face and how these could be changed.

Whilst we are focusing our research on Maternity Allowance, we also want to understand other elements that may be relevant to gain insight into the external factors that may influence the decisions around financial support and planning before, during and after maternity leave.

Your insights will help us identify areas for improvement, and to prioritise some of the areas we already have an awareness of such as the burden of providing evidence and the length of the claim form.

We are running two sessions in April to gather your feedback.

Dates and Times

Session 1 will take place on Wed 17th April from 10:00 – 11:00

Session 2 will take place on Thursday 18th from 14:00 – 15:00.

There are two sessions in order to give our stakeholders more opportunities to join us. Both sessions will cover the same material and will run for no more than 60 minutes
