start date of LCWRA special rules
My client has cancer, made a claim for UC with a fitnote on 1/11/23. Cancer progressed and was issued SR1 on 21/1/24, meeting special rules from that date. No WCA yet. Does UC reg 28(5) mean that LCWRA can be awarded from the start date of the claim? Or would it be from the AP beginning1/1/24, or from 21/1/24, or another date?
