overpaid child elements after child died
does anyone have any experience of UC exercising discretion, my cl child died last year , child and disabled child elements continued to paid ON UC even though my cl had informed UC of the death at the time, I understand UC can recover in these circumstances but do not have to do so. the mother has ptsd, another disabled child and was mentally fragile during the period
