Universal credit and carers allowance element
Hello All,
Please I have a client whom CA got stopped last year but she did not notify UC.
UC has been deducting CA from her payment for the past one year.
Am just wondering how to go about it as I believe UC will claim its not their fault and as such might not wish to pay.
Which will mean she has been underpaid on UC right
