Anyone got escalation emails for UC JCP Ayelsbury plus Bedfordshire area? 

We advise clients who are cancer patients from across north London and surrounding home counties. Struggling to get delayed claims escalated -particularly where vulnerability an issue

Anyone whose got a list of the emails for above willing to share please?

Have you tried local partnership managers? If still failing to get them escalated let me know and I can raise nationally

Hi Daphne- thank you for quick response.

We haven’t had much luck to date - it’s part of the problem of being hospital based where we see clients from all over the country
Partnership managers can readily give escalation points for local London boroughs but beyond this it is hit and miss and not timely.
Sometimes cant access at all

What we could do with is a list of for the main regions we cover - North London boroughs ( all), all Essex, all Beds, all Herts ...
Not sure that possible but as an eg since posting have had appt with vulnerable claimant from Herts ( and ofc sods law hadn’t requested that info).

So, if you are able to make an approach much appreciated !
