AA/PIP over 65
Tenant is in receipt of AA awarded from 10/6/23. However council system appears to show she was in receipt of DLA LR care, HR mobility until 28/5/23. Made a SAR to find out why DLA stopped, but this has been returned stating there is no record of a claim, or the records have been destroyed. Cl was under 65 on 8/4/13, so should the claim for AA have been treated as a linked claim for PIP as she claimed within a year of the DLA award ending?
