Pension Service or DWP Debt Management - Who to contact?

Hi,

Not really had to deal with this before so don’t know who to contact and government guidance isn’t overly helpful.

I have two clients who are having deductions from their Pension Credit (one for a UC overpayment and one for an ESA & IS overpayment) who are both struggling and need their deductions lowering (one needs it to be waived completely - already discussed on here).

Do I contact the Pension Service or DWP Debt Management to get these deductions reduced?

I’d imagine it would be DWP Debt Management in the first instance.
