jsa sanctions stats from 2000 - 2011 show more than 10 fold increase in referral for decision
jsa sanctions stats produced by DWP in response to parliamentary question by Frank Field - show, for example, increase in referrals for sanction decision from 69.68 thousand in 2001/2002 to 771.04 thousand in 2010 to January 2011.
