R(IS) 12/96
Anyone have a copy of R(IS) 12/96 they could share please?
We’re looking at whether two people who have separated but remain living in the same accommodation for now can be treated as also not residing together for the severe disability addition for PC (DWP already accepted single claims for UC and PC respectively).
