Discretionary Housing Payments

Hello,
Please I have a client who apply for DHP and the application was unsuccessful. She asks for a second opinion and the council uphold their previous decision. She wish to challenge the decision and I understand it has to be via Judicial review.
Please does anyone has any tips on how to go about this.

I would recommend looking at the CPAG Judicial Review Project details on their website. Also contacting the Judicial Review Project directly, who I have always found to be very helpful and supportive.
