Dual Citizen American/British entitlement to Benefits
Client is British and so is her husband, they have lived in America for 10 years and have 2 children who were born in America. They have split up and she is coming back to Britain with her two children who have American passports.
Can she claim Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit and will the only hurdle be the habitually resident test?
