Case recording - what program do you use?

Hi folks, just wondering what case recording programs are used in other services?

We use AdvicePro which works well and can be customised to the service’s needs in really useful ways.

Also use AdvicePro

We use CharityLog, but in fairness only because there wasn’t budget for AdvicePro.

(Not to say that I like AdvicePro - it’s good for admin and reporting, but the user interface can be pretty daunting for anyone not fairly IT literate.)

Come think of it I haven’t seen any CMS in the charity/advice sector that I would characterise as ‘good’ 😊
