Pension Service- calls cutting off
Hello
I have phoned the Pension Service twelve times this afternoon with a client, and interpreter, to claim their State Pension and have been cut off every time without speaking to anyone. I tried the existing claims number and was told they are not aware of any issues with the new claims line. Anyone else having issues?
