Reinstating a lapsed appeal

Apologies but I seem to be having a Senior Moment!  Cl had appealed a PIPS decision but accepted an offer of SR Mob only in Feb this year. The cl is not very happy with this, am I right in thinking that this is simply a matter of another MR etc of the revised decision?

No you can go straight to SSCS1 and a fresh appeal if the appeal lapsed and the client remains unhappy. See page 1317 of the 2022/23 edition of CPAG.
