ESA and inheritance
Hello all,
Please I have a client who is on ESA and PIP.
Her mom recently passed and left her with an inheritance of about 39k.
I advise she had to notify DWP and there is a possibility that would impact her ESA.
Does she have to make pension contribution on the amount as well.
Please any advice will be much appreciated.
