Googled all over the place and nothing.
Found this on WC’s https://obr.uk/box/the-role-of-uc-work-coaches/ but nothing on Partnership managers.
Looking at posts on CITA’s facefiendplace and Rightnet there appears to be differences regionally how Partnership managers operate.

They definitely came across a lot nicer and more understanding of the problems UC turned up up north than the automata in the Midlands.

Interesting Dan, erm may be we all need a job description for UC partnership manager’s to make sense of exhibited behaviours and work practices, and etc etc etc.
