Stakeholder engagement wanted in pilot areas for Health Transformation Programme
The DWP are keen to engage with advice agencies that cover the postcodes where the Health Transformation Programme - a single digital platform for integrated assessments - is being piloted. The relevant postcodes are in north London - N2, N4, N6, N3 and E5 - and in Birmingham - B14, B17, B19 and B78.
