Another income-related ESA and backdating query
My client has been on contribution-based ESA for a number of years, with the Support Element. As her partner worked full time, there was no entitlement to income-based ESA. Her partner left about three years ago. As far as I know it did not occur to her to inform the DWP (will need to check this). But, assuming she didn’t, is there any way in we can argue for backdating for the Enhanced Disability Premium beyond 1 month?
