HMCTS update on social security tribunal online processes
HMCTS update on its tribunals reform programme includes -
By the end of 2022, we plan to:
- introduce a new scheduling and listing functionality which will make use of automation, where possible
- create a feature to allow post-hearing applications such as corrections, full statement requests, and permissions to appeal to be handled digitally
- extend the service to HMRC so they can receive appeals digitally
