Thanks Daphne for posting these. They are really helpful.

Just discovered that the Managed Migration claims for this area (a pilot of 250 claims) are actually being managed by a special office in Lancashire and there can sometimes be delays in adding the managed migration Transitional Element which has meant that my cl got less than we had expected in their first payment. The telephone number on the letters is a special one for this team and won’t necessarily be used during the full roll out
