tribunals treatment of gp’s evidence
someone recently referenced a UT’s decision, where the first tier tribunal had said that the gp’s report was based on what client had told him, and so no weight attached… and UT criticised that approach. i need to rely on that decision, and can’t now find it!
can anyone help?
