Disregarded Income/ capital

I just need to check that my understanding of the Regs is correct—

Cl is due to receive a large payment from a former employer for unfair dismissal (via ACAS). As far as I can see a payment like this is not disregarded under Sch. 10 or Reg 75 of the UC regs unless it is treated as a ‘personal injury’ payment but I can’t see anything that would confirm or deny that.

As it is a one-off payment I assume that it is treated as capital and not income. Any thoughts gratefully received!
