PIP Form Issues
Hi,
Just wondering if this is a local issue or nationwide, but is anyone having issues with clients not receiving PIP2 forms?
I have multiple clients now telling me that they haven’t received the forms (yet have had the reminder letters) - some have come either very close to the deadline (2/3 days) or not arrived at all. Cl’s have phoned the helpline but have been told nothing they can do.
