Pension credit and service charges
HI,
Not sure if this has been answered previously.
I am aware that leaseholders in receipt of pension credit can get payments of eligible service charges. Does anyone know if these payments can be backdated and, if so, how far they can be backdated to. Also, is there a list of eligible/ineligible service charges for pension credit claimants anywhere? Is it the same as service charges in housing benefit?
