Past and Presence test and Covid
I have a client who has applied for PIP but they currently have not sent him a form requesting information about his presence in the UK. He is a UK citizen but was on holiday in the EU and was put into lockdown in Portugal. Also airline cancelled all flights so he could not return to UK.
He has been present for 104/156 weeks but DWP seem to be being difficult. Has anyone else come across similar issues relating to being abroad and Covid restrictions on returning.
