Home loss payments for decanting residents

We are decanting tenants in a block of flats to be demolished. I would like to find out what the capital disregard rules are for Universal Credit and Housing Benefits.  I cannot find anything in the regulations to confirm this. There are various forms of disregarded capital but as far as I can see only payments from a Local Authority are mentioned, nothing about social landlords or home loss payments.
Can anyone confirm if there actually is a regulation that states such payments are disregarded?
