Pregnancy and Right to Reside

Is anyone able to tell me if the Court of Appeal has looked at SSWP v JS(IS) [2010] UKUT 131 (AAC) yet?

I am looking at pages 233 & 247 of the CPAG 5th ed “Benefits for migrants handbook” and pages 1433 & 1452 of 2011/12 “Welfare benefits & tax credits handbook”

This relates to agency workers who have not got an employment contract in the final stages of pregnancy, where the Upper Tribunal ruled worker status would be treated as lost.
