WCA when client abroad for more than 28 days
My client wants to go abroad for more than 28 days. This means his ESA C + IR claims would close. He is allocated to the support group. On his return, he would presumably have to claim UC.
Would he be required to undergo a new WCA or could it transfer from his ESA claim if he returned within 26 weeks?
