JC+ standards
Has anyone else noticed the standard of service from JC+ slipping :)
Frequently i’m having trouble getting Appeal packs, evidence i sent to JC+ months prior to the Tribunal is not appearing and i have to attach it to my submissions, non notification of appeal dates, i’ve already requested 2 adjournments this week due to appeals going ahead without my knowledge.
Apparantly claims are being dealt with all over the country. It’s a bit of a shambles!
