Hi, I have a client who has been offered GIP at 75% of her salary for 3 years and she will continue to be employed but not working due to her condition. The GIP is paid through the employer and subject to tax and NI
Will this affect her ability to claim New Style ESA? She will provide FIT notes and meets the other qualifying criteria.
