Universal Credit major amendments?

I noticed the following in a written answer from the SoS.

“Universal Credit takes income and earnings into account in a way that is fair and transparent across all claimant circumstances, such as different frequencies in earnings and income received. The amount of Universal Credit paid reflects, as closely as possible, the actual circumstances of a household for each monthly assessment period, “

Have I missed some big changes?

Have I missed some big changes?

“as closely as possible” = open to Judicial Review = has had to be amended more times than the SoS wishes to be reminded of.
