New claims under SDP gateway up to 27/01/2021 - tel number
I might have missed this but 0800 00 556688 now only gives you options to claim MA or NS JSA. Obvs you can’t claim ESAir online; the claim number for JSAir, ESAir and IS has changed - it’s not on the ESA pages on gov.uk either (although it does appear on page for IS).
The claim number for SDP gateway claimants is is 0800 169 0350 - option 2 ESA, option 3 IS, and option 4 JSA.
