Brexit-related social welfare law resources
Now it’s realer than real, thought it might be worth a thread to collect together any good Brexit-related resources any of us come across in relation to social welfare law.
I’ll kick us off with:
- Commons Library research briefing: UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement: summary and implementation
- UK–EU future relationship: the deal: Mobility: Institute for Government
A reminder too of the EU Rights & Brexit Hub, a 3-year ESRC-funded project that includes a second tier advice clinic, based in the Law School of the University of York, for advice organisations who work with EU/EEA nationals. More info: eurightshub.york.ac.uk
