I’ve spent too much time googling and can’t find the definitive date.

I’m loathe to go surfing through loads of commencement orders.

Is there an easy way?

Thanks

Have a look through Annex A here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-transition-to-full-service/universal-credit-transition-rollout-schedule-march-2018-to-december-2018#annex-a—sites-currently-live-with-universal-credit-full-service-november-2015—february-2018

Appears to be November 2017. If you need an exact date I guess you will need to find the relevant order but hopefully that will narrow down the search.

If you do want to nail the date precisely, you need the modification order that converted the postcode in question to full service.  The table that Ian linked to should narrow it down to one or two of these:

In 2017:
- SI numbers 2017/57, 2017/584, 2017/664, and 2017/952
In 2018:
- SI numbers 2018/138, 2018/532 and 2018/881

Then it’s just a case of checking the dates and postcodes in the Schedule to the Order

I believe Openshaw covers M11 and M18 postcodes, so that’s 29th November 2017.

I believe Openshaw covers M11 and M18 postcodes, so that’s 29th November 2017.

Here’s the SI for those postcodes/that date:
