Carers Allowance and UC
We have a couple of cases where CA is in payment along with UC, but not deducted as income. In one case the claimant repeatedly notified it. We will of course be challenging recoverability, asking for write-off etc but that’s not the purpose of this post.
Has anyone else seen this? It seems an odd error and I am wondering if there is a system glitch….
