Rules for couples still the same if one is living away due to Shielding and being a key worker?
Hopefully quick question make sure I’ve not missed anything.
Client shielding for 12 weeks. Partner moved out to live with mum as he is a key worker.
Client on CB ESA. No UC or CTS entitlement due to partner’s earnings.
Presume she is still counted as having a partner who lives with her during the time he is living away?
