Wrong time to claim
I have a tenant who claimed UC on Monday but is about to receive £520.00 wages on Friday and after that wages drop dramatically. She has managed to verify identity online but is still waiting for the phone call.
She can withdraw the claim and start again. However has anyone recent experience of withdrawing a claim and making a new claim a week later.
I had a tenant previously in a similar scenario and we had to use a new email address and create a new username etc.
Just wondering if there is an easier way
