Help to buy ISAs
Are help to buy ISAs counted as capital for UC. Can’t find anything to say they are ignored but hoping it can!
Yes the ISA should be taken into account as capital. The funds in the ISA are still accessible and can be withdrawn at any time without penalty. The ISA will be taken into account at it’s face value though; the 25% bonus is only applied on completion of the sale
