UC overpayments
In view of:
I have updated the judicial review pre-action protocol letters on UC overpayment recovery to beef references to the Treasury Guidance. There are new versions of:
JR60 Failure to exercise discretion not to recover an overpayment of UC housing costs, and
JR61 Failure to exercise discretion not to recover an overpayment of UC

At least 10% of those overpayments waived used JR60 or JR61 (ie. definitely 1 of the 10, maybe more?).
